DTE Cautions Trick Or Treaters

(Detroit, MI) -- Heavy rain and thunderstorms may be in the area tonight as children take to the sidewalks for trick or treat. DTE Energy is cautioning parents and children that those storms will have the potential to bring down power lines. Wind gusts are expected to reach up to 45-miles-per hour throughout metro Detroit. DTE officials say if there are downed trees or power lines in your neighborhood, don't go out trick or treating and call them to report the problem.
