(Clinton Twp., MI) -- A Detroit man has been deemed mentally unfit to stand trial in connection with the murder of a Clinton Township woman. A state psychiatrist has found 38-year-old Joseph Pagan incompetent to stand trial for the murder of 47-year-old Jacqueline Neumann over the summer. Pagan has been charged with first-degree murder and first-degree criminal sexual conduct in the death of Neumann, whose body was found August 20th in her mobile home near Metro Parkway and Groesbeck. Authorities say Pagan and Neumann dated until she ended the relationship roughly two-years ago.
