Competency Hearing For Mom Accused Of Killing Son Delayed
(St. Clair Shores, MI) -- A Macomb County judge is granting more time for the competency examination of a woman accused of killing her son. A hearing in the case of 60-year-old Donna Scrivo to determine if she was competent to stand trial was scheduled this morning. However, a judge agreed with a defense motion to give them more time for an independent evaluation. Scrivo is accused of killing and dismembering her 32-year-old son Ramsay Scrivo in February. His remains were found in five different bags in China Township in St. Clair County.
