(Detroit, MI) -- A Detroit woman accused of stabbing her eight-year-old daughter to death in 2012 is pleading guilty in the case. Yesterday, Semeria Greene pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and first-degree child abuse in the death of Tameria Greene. Authorities say she stabbed her daughter in the chest at the family's apartment on the city's east side in December of 2012. As part of her plea agreement, Greene will receive between 23 and 50 years in prison when she is sentenced April 7th.
